Excellent atmosphere with a low noise level good for conversation. The food was amazing. I have the salmon blt and my wife had the short rib tacos. The salmon was flaky and not dry. The short was cooked to perfection. The service from the waitress was great. They do add an 18% gratuity but the service was worth more than that.

We went to The Block for date night and had a nice meal. It was a bit loud when we first arrived, making it hard to hear our conversation, but a group left shortly after and the volume leveled out. The service was incredibly efficient; we were in and out within 45 minutes! I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, and I was impressed that it came with plenty of shrimp and chicken. My husband really enjoyed his burger and fries. A solid choice for a quick, quality dinner downtown.

First time visiting and enjoyed my experience! Larese was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and had such a great sense of humor! I ordered The lavender lemon drop and the sweet chili wings! Fun spot for a girls night or a date. Definitely returning!

I had the best time ever! Ebony was a great server! Larese & Tee had the vibes going! I appreciated the entire staff. They made me feel good and happy. I really enjoyed myself, and shout out to Darren as well. Thank yall for amazing food and service!

I went there for brunch. Everything was excellent. The food,atmosphere ,waitress i had salmon & grits very delicious my first time and I will go back.

My wife and I had an amazing first experience at this establishment, everyone was so nice and friendly we were greeted right away with a smile and felt very welcomed. The vibe within the restaurant is amazing. Love the music going and atmosphere. Our waitress was very helpful and nice...we literally got our food and drinks within 15 minutes in a beyond packed restaurant. The food was INCREDIBLE! Seasoned and cooked to perfection....the Woodward wings I highly recommend, they were incredible along with the short rib skillet...unreal. If you are in the downtown area this place is a MUST try!

Happy Hour here is very worth it. Strong drinks for a good price. Our server was super sweet and attentive. We ordered the wings, salmon sliders, salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes and both cheesecakes for dessert. Everything was really good! definitely will be back soon. Only complaint is that the music was up very loud and everybody seemed to be shouting to talk over it.

The Block was EVERYTHING on a Saturday morning for brunch! It was a VIBE! Music/DJ was great Wings & French Toast was amazing, spinach dip was super cheesy & and the drinks were STRONG! We will be back! Our server Larese was so sweet, great service & a good time!
